http://www.folly-farm.co.uk/ Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo is not an experience to miss in Pembrokeshire, holder of the Best Family Day out in Wales award there stacks to do there and be entertained for all the family. Although it says farm in the name don’t be fooled this activity has loads more to offer with adventure play inside and out, traditional themed fairground rides, farm animals and more exotic animals in the zoo, the children and you are sure to go back afterwards worn out with excitement. Check out their indoor carousel woods a multi storey climbing forest for kids and adults alike, wow, now it’s not just the kids that can enjoy these things. Or check out the two life sized pirate ships which your kids can play pirate on till their hearts are content. Or dads check this out for cool, full sized mini diggers for you and you kids to use, digging has never been so cool hey! Not fast enough for you well then try you skills against other dads and kids on the full size folly go karts. Combine these great activities with over 250 animals from meerkats to camels in the zoo and a host of animals including deer, llama, shire horses, sheep, Shetland ponies, goats, pigs, ferrets and mice the only problem is how you are going to fit it all in. If you have any spare time left then hope on the land train and head out on a guided tour of the surrounding landscape and wildlife. What a day, don’t miss it out.

Anna’s welsh zoo is an amazing opportunity to see some really big and exciting animals, and you can now even shadow a zoo keeper for a few hours, really cool and something the kids will love and remember for a long time.

http://www.pembrokeshire-falconry.co.uk/ fancy getting up close and personal with birds of prey, learning basic handling techniques, flying and handling a hawk, buzzard, falcon, owl and even an eagle or do you fancy going completely natural and taking a bird of prey hunting for a day under expert tuition then this is definitely the place to go, how cool can it be to personally witness how it feels to have such birds of magnificence fly on your command and return to your arm. Certainly a Pembrokeshire experience not to be missed and one that will definitely never forgot. If you planning a wedding in the area how about having the ring flown in over your ceremony by a bird of prey, with such an entrance it the only problem may be that it becomes the most talked about entrance of the day, or maybe it will just be the cheery on the cake to make you wedding an experience no one will forget.  One thing for sure, such displays would definitely add a super addition to our wedding village of bell tents, tipis, yurts and marquee making it even more a talking point for years to come.
